Listen to a conversation between a student and a staff in University Service office.
女生丟了錢包wallet ，里面有她的student id ， meal card &key 等東西，她不能進自己的寢室she can't enter her dorm 。她想到student service center 這兒來補辦id card 。(考主旨題：Why does the student go to see the office worker in the university service office? mm 要補辦new id 卡。)遇到staff(口音像是一位黑人大叔)把守。
男staff：沒有id card 你不能進去，這個地方只有持 student id 的人才可以進去。
女生：我跟人家說我的ID 掉了，就被支到這個地方來了。
男staff：出示其它有頭像的證件，比如駕照driving license、護照passport 什么的。
女生：我passport 在dorm 里。wallet 丟了， id card 和鑰匙也丟了，進不去dorm(題目：她為何拿不到passport?因為在宿舍，沒有ID 卡她進不去。Why 女生不能出示 diver license?正確答案：her wallet was stolen.)。我和dorm 負責人說過這個問題。他給您這兒發了email 說明。
男staff 查了查，果然如此。
男staff：如果你能正確說出你的ID number ，就讓你進去。(黑人叔叔怎么確認她的身份?輸入id 卡信息，通過電腦確認。)
